Philip Ryan Mathew
Philip is the founder of the Firm and his main area of practice is in Litigation.
Philip’s years of practice since 2010 has seen him argue cases involving corporate and civil matters which includes corporate / directors / shareholders disputes, tenancy disputes, management corporation / joint management body disputes, contractual disputes, tortious disputes, recovery of debts, defamation matters as well as execution proceedings, amongst others.
Apart from dispute resolution and general legal advisory, Philip also assists his clients in reviewing, negotiating and drafting a variety of corporate and commercial agreements, as well as conducting of due diligence exercises.
Jeannie Chong
Jeannie’s main area of practice is in Litigation.
Since Jeannie was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2013, she has argued cases involving corporate and civil matters, such as corporate, contractual and tortious disputes, recovery of debts leading to execution proceedings and other such related disputes.
Jeannie’s experience includes contentious and non-contentious banking litigation such as foreclosure proceedings and other banking-related recovery proceedings.
Jeannie also provides non-contentious advice which includes reviewing, negotiating and drafting of corporate and commercial agreements, and due diligence exercises.
